what is the problem' From: smacintosh Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I am planning to relocate to the Phoenix area soon and I visited Sun King Apartments over the weekend. I was shown a model apartment and was treated with politeness from the minute I entered the office. The only drawback seems to be no apartments available immediately, but i was told of a few vacancies in the future. If Sun King is that occupied then why the negative reviews' And if those people are so unhappy maybe they will move out so that I can move in' I looked at a few other places but was told that they are being sold as condominiums.
