Lousy place to live

The useless matinence and shoddy appliences, not to mention the lack of decent guest parking(unless the wanna park on the other side of the complex) make this place a bad place to live, add the office staff of harpies who could care less about you and just wanna shuffle your money into there coffers and you have one big dump.
I know the office staff and manager all write fake reviews to skew thier score here, so dont look at the numbers read the reviews by people who live here...see the common reoccuring problems people tend to have, privacy,rude staff,shoddy workmen(maybe one or two guys know what they are doing and dont slack). Goodluck getting a place that doesnt start showing its true colors(leaky,brokeen down,or ac on fritz) after a few months of living there.
thumbs down, try going further into scottsdale if your looking for quality and community.

I am sure with an older community, things tend to happen. I really can't remember anytime i had a problem and it didn't get taken care of the within hours of my request. mike henry

the maintance was good and quick, my complaints involve cars getting broken into and the guy who died of the drug over dose. Kids in the apt. when he died.
