I lived at Sun King a few years ago, and liked it so much that when I tried to move back they were completely full! They were happy to put me on a waiting list, but unfortunately I don't think that I can wait. I'll have to look for somewhere else.
When I lived there I didnt have many problems. I think my dishwasher broke once, and flooded my kitchen but they fixed it right away. One time my dog got out, and the lady in the office came and returned it to me. I thought that was nice.
I was surprised to see these negative reviews, since I had no problems and they are completely full. I figure they must be doing something right' I have a feeling some of these bad reviews are really just one unhappy person repeating them' I wish they'd just move out so I could move in!

yeah.. i am gonna try to get a 2 bedroom... which there are not many of... wish me luck on gettin back in. mike henry
