My experiences so far are as follows:

Walls seem very thin. I can hear full conversations that are going on outside, even if all the windows and doors are shut tight. I'm not saying the place should be sound proof, but at least it should dampen the sound a bit.

Staff is ... indifferent at best.

What the complex lacks in parking, it makes up for in cockroaches.

Finally getting to the end of my lease. I can't wait, I feel like a kid at Christmas.

Since my first writing of this, my car has been broken into, I have a colony of bugs living in the place (oh, but maintence has assured me they are only sewer roaches that come out to die, despite their rather lively appearance), a stream of construction workers in and out of my apartment all day, leaving it unlocked for any passer-by to walk right in.

On the up side, with the decline in quality, and increase of monthly rent, parking has become much more available.

If you rent here, and decide you don't like it, don't say you haven't been warned.
