Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
In the past few months, the complex has gone downhill fast. Litter, pet droppings everywhere, noise level is out of control. I'd say the most accurate review of this place is the one written on 06-06-2004. Rents are being hiked to pay for renovations (replacing terribly outdated appliances & cabinets) so it will now cost $850 (previously $700) to live behind Circle K, $900 to live on the golf course. Lease is up in March and I'm eager to get out.
