Great location, but the management is awful! When car vandalized by person we could name, management would not notify the vandal of their error, even with a liability clause to extricate owner/management from lawsuit.

Windows leak so when there is a windstorm, it blows the blinds as if the window's open. Management is aware, but does not rectify. Would be interested to know how much extra it costs in the summer because of this.

Air conditioner is probably the original, REALLY NOISY and EXPENSIVE to run. Requested to have rusty water drip from condensation fixed several times, but only after warning them that the leak would eventually soak through to the lower lever, causing water damage and possibly MOLD did they repair.

Not the managements fault, but there are a few bad apples. Some young guys who think blaring their music is cool. Glad we dont live right next door to them, or below them or in the same buildingwe live a couple of buildings away and can hear the bass.

There are new owners and they are fixing the place up, but it is still the same management and the management is not good.
