Minumum of 2-3, now up to 6, requests to get anything repaired in your apt. Now, Management is Busy wasting thousands of $$$$ on cosmetic "upgrades"; that are done very poorly. Painting, Tree Planting, fountains fixing; and they never actually COMPLETE any of these projects... This has been going on since March.... Place looks like krap. They Raised Laundry fees; WITHOUT ANY Notice to anyone beforehand. Just happened to go there one day; luckily I had extra quarters on me. The 2 people who worked in the office in the past, that "Dared to be pleasant"; no longer work here. The 2 Major League Grumps Females remain; They look at you w/the "Blank Stare" affect when you enter the office; Absolutely NO Greetings, smiles, or pleasantries offered...EVER. Last Winter, of the 2 pools, one supposedly "heated"; the heated one only had a total of 15 heated days Jan-April, then turned off completely May 1st. Walkway lights in rear of buildings are out and have been out for months despite MANY residents complaints and requests to fix them since January. Definitely UNSAFE. Was formerly a unique Mediterranean Style (owned by Prometheus, Corp) exterior with clean bright white stucco and deep blue accents, very refreshing. New Owners, as of April, Not that anyone ever officially notified any of the residents here; Crown Property Management; decided to paint to some truly ugly desert lizard type of colors. Promised "Movie Theatre" last winter due this spring has now manifested.... Well golly, Residents get to use it for $100.... What a deal!
Assignment of Parking spaces is bizarre, mine is nowhere's near my apartment. 150 steps away; thats FAR when you are schlepping groceries. They absolutely refuse to even TRY to re-assign me to a closer space, even though there are many empty ones nearer....
I hate this place and the management and I hope the Property Rising Balloon Bursts right in there faces when they change to the rumored "Condo conversion" in January. Yeah, like who wants to spend $150-200K plus monthly Condo Maintenance fees for less than 1,000 sq feet, for old units w/visible cracks, settling, and buckling.... and NO Washer/Dryer... I can't wait until my lease is up and get the @#$% out of here. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!

You are very wrong, I have made over $30,000 on my condo coversion. As far as everything else, stop your complaining and buy a piece of property, but since you can't afford it cause your still renting, you need to suck it up and take what you can get. Remember, beggars can't be choosers...

Sunscape is awesome! How it is managed as an apartment complex has no bearing on how it will be run as a condo complex with a home owners association.
