You would think they would want to keep their tenants

I love sunscape despite the negative comments, my car has never been harmed and of course college students live there, it's right by ASU. My rent was affordable and noise was rarely a problem for me, I lived there for over a year. The only reason I moved out was because my rent was being raised due to the renovations. It was gonna go up $150!!! So, I was forced to move, other apartments I know try to keep their tenents instead of kicking them out when they want to renovate forcing them to pay a huge increase in rent. If they would have worked out some sort of deal with me to only raise my rent a little, I would have definitly stayed with them much longer!
