The remodel process is a total nightmare. Organization and communication between management, contractors and residents is very poor. Apartments in disarray for over one month just to install a washer and dryer. Contractors coming and going. Don't know if work is actually finished or not. Total inconvenience for all residents. And then, management raises the prices in the laundry facility. If anything, it should have been free for the duration of the remodel.
