Roach Heaven From: noluxury Date posted: 11/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This place sucks. I just have seen on the news that Equity Residental are being sued. Well it's about time. Maybe alot of more people will speak up about all the bulls$@# that they give residents. from reading about all the equity propertied here in the vally. They are all the same, cheap! erika the manager has never gave me the time of day to talk to her. Her team suks, and I just want to move out soon. Oh and not to mention, but then other's have already, about the roaches. I have been renting apartments for 4 years now and have never had any problems with places such as this. Me and my husband are going to move out soon. The apliances are completely outdates as well. I have dead roaches in the time clock of my oven, and can't get them out. They have been there since we moved in, and they told us that we just have to deal with it. Luxury apartments' For the roaches yeah.
