The managers will call you a liar to your face, when they screw up, especially when maintenance was suppose to be accomplished, and they won't give you a copy of the maintenance requests so you can to prove they messed up. The previous manager Betty was a terrible excuse for a compitant manager, and she was more interested in renting to any college student looking to hold parties or people from outside the U.S. that are extremely rude like her, letting people do as they pleased unless she was personally bothered about it, and would take it out on the people that would tell her what was going on. The new management team of Jaime (Manager), and Katy (I believe thats her name)(leasing agent) are very rude and will lie to your face when they loose your paperwork saying that you never turned it in. They managed to clean up the kids running around all night, but all the water "problems" are a constant problem with just getting a shower, and the holes all over the property are a safety hazard. You never know if they are really working on the water problems during that time frame, and you usually get less than a 24 hour notice before it happens. I finally stopped receiving "Last" water interuption notices from them. In the last four weeks it has been turned off three times, and unfortunately that is an improvement. The maintenance staff seems really good at their job and polite to deal with, but they seem to be constricted by the managers from doing jobs, or being allowed to fix a problem verse patching it. Most of the people that have lived here for a long time, say that if you make a complaint about something or a resident, you are harrased by the management team.
