The apartment itself is not a bad place to live. The pool, when it gets its every-other-month cleaning is nice and big. I think the second pool has been abandoned to the mosquitos because I've never seen it clean in 2 years. I wish the hot-tub worked. The management borders on hostile and I think maintenance requests go straight to the paper shredder to eliminate any proof of you asking. You're better off talking to the maintenance guys (who are super nice and extremely hard workers) in person, because it will probably get done faster and better. The water is constantly being shut off to make repairs, but the repairs must not work if the water keeps getting shut off! Rent is increasing incredibly fast with no justification for it. There are no incentives to stay.
