I like the area in which Tatum Place is located. It's close to a lot of things, and fairly quiet. However, the neighbors have been getting louder, talking outside late at night, and stare at you when you walk by (creepy!). I haven't actually had to deal with management for any maintenance issues, but they aren't the nicest people. The water problem is a joke! As others have commented, this has been going on for OVER a year now, with May as the "LAST TIME" the water would be shut off. It's now mid-September, with no signs of ending. It's very inconvenient, and management does nothing for its residence. I don't mind Tatum Place as a whole, but the water issue with no solace from management has really turned me off. There are better places around here to live, and I can't wait to end my lease! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
