Tatum Place

I personally love my apartment, the set up of the living room is -------- (had to run cable under carpet) and the kitchen is pretty small, but for the price and location, this is a nice place. I have awesome neighbors, no noise, no barking dogs, not sure what everyone is whining about.

The washer/dryer combo is REALLY small, that is the one thing I HATE about the apartment. I can only fit about 6-7 pieces of clothing per load, so it takes forever to do laundry, so if you do ALOT of laundry or have a big family, I would suggest either getting your own (if they let you) or not living here.

The only thing I did not like is when first got the place, they had to replace the carpet cause the apartment they showed me looked nice, but they one they gave us was horrible.. at first. It took them a day, but they installed new carpet, and even painted the entire place for me!!

I love the place!
