I have complained about the air conditioning not working several times during the summer and Tatum Place did nothing. My electricity bill was ridiculous! The roof leaked, but I think it was actually the air unit leaking. I complained about a plumbing problem 2 days ago and so far no one has done anything about it. There have also been many instances of children who live at the property vandalizing property, damaging cars, throwing rocks, breaking laundry room windows, with no parental supervision, and no concern of the office staff to do anything to stop it despite numerous complaints. I've also had an issue with package deliveries somehow getting misplaced by the office staff.

The Worst Ever!! My Husband & I Used To Live There! The Kids Have No Playground To Play On There, Laundry Room Windows Got Broken, Exercize Equipment Broken, Very Noisey At Night, People Swimming At 1:00-3:00 In The Morning, People There That Shouldn't be there, Swimming In The Pool, & Partying In Their Friends Apartments, At Night, Maintenance Problems Don't Get Taken Care Of Right Away, & The Manager Is Real Snotty Towards Residents!! We Would Never Move Back There Again!!
