I moved to Tatum Place in September. No complex is perfect, but I have to say that I enjoy living here. The maintenance people keep the place clean an orderly, the office staff is friendly, and the location is wonderful.
I would like to add, that coming from an apartment with noise from all tenants, that the insulation is better that great. I never hear my neighbor's music, TV, or anything other that I can hear my next door neighbor slam the front door. You have to open the doors and windows to hear people outside, go figure. Very well insulated...not hard to keep cool and I live upstairs.
The response to maintenance is very good. They let you know when they are doing maintenance that might affect you, like turning off the water or things like that.
I asked for extra security locks on all the doors and windows, I was going to buy them, but they purchased them and installed them for me.
