Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003
 
I lived here for 5 years and it slowly progressed into a DUMP and they had changed managment 4 times and each time I was promissed a repair in my apartment they would give me the same line, AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
