I lived here for 2 years. I don't see anything negative except the one I mentioned below. It offers value for the money we pay. For me the staff is good and attended to the complaints immediately.
Only negative thing for me is while checking out, I disconnected electricity on the move out date. But they charged $40 for reconnecting it for cleaning the apartment. They never told to keep it on or otherwise they will charge it. If they told me in advance, i would not have disconnected.
