I've read the negative reviews and can say that when we moved here in mid 2003 everything seemed ok. The jacuzzis don't work that is true, and the parking is awful. But otherwise the grounds are kept fairly nice and the one bedrooms are huge. We haven't had any problems with the staff, or with bugs and when we moved in the place was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice working fireplace.
The walls are thick, we have had no problem with noise. Our water pressure is fine, but our electric bill is only high 3 months out of the year...its ARIZONA in the summer, who's isn't. Just make sure to rent an apartment on the borders of the complex....the kids and the noise are focused near the pools.
