i have lifed at scottsdale desert shadows since aug. of 2003 and have no real complaints, except for parking and screaming kids.
management has been very nice. they have changed employees a few times, but what business doesnt. the current management is very good and attentive to our needs. Carol makes sure that things are done in a timely and organized fashion and is good at what she does.
sometimes it takes maintenance a while to get things done, but we understand that they have many tenants that also need their attention. One maintenance man, his name starts with a D. he was on call that weekend and i had a water leak. he called me back right away. he was very nice, he was very professional, and very quick and made sure that he fixed it right. he has a very good work ethic and made us feel comfortable that the job was going to be done right.
my only suggestion is to get more parking or assign 2 parking spots, since most people have 2 cars.
