As a long time resident here i am appalled and disguisted with the amount of ungreatful residents that live here. I personally have had many issues with people parking in my parking space and I am relieved that someone is finally doing something to correct the problem. When living in a community of this size you have to expect to have some issues and in a neigborhood for that matter. This includes limited parking. My new space is not right in front of my building either.It sounds to me like some people take things a little to personal sometimes or have nothing better to do than complain.I can't speak for everyone but my maintenance request are always completed in a reasonable amount of time and the office staff is very helpful and always professional. You sound like unhappy people that need to take your life long aggressions out on someone, not unhappy residents.

parking was always a problem there, and when I used to return late evenings I always had big problem in finding open spots. I had 2 cars and they provide only one spot. It is good for single people with one car, as they do not have to face this problem. I also had to walk very long dist to my parking spot.

I think you are an ungrateful person, if you think this place is nice. I have lived in worse condition s and have gotten treated better. no human being who is professional should NOT argue with the customer, nor talk rude to them, nor ignore calling the customer back. i dont care how happy of a person someone is , that is just plain rude for the management to do that here. also, these are not kept apartments as they have had water leaking since who knows when. this place is full of mold, and sooner or later everyone is going to get sick. We have toxic mold in our apt, and who knows where else it is. i suggest you start worrying about yourselve in how healthy your living situation is at this apt, which is NOT healthy, also how you are treated here, which is RUDE.
