I dont understand why there isnt a higher rating on this aprtment complex. I have lived here for about 9 months. Evryone I have dealt with is nice if you treat them with a little respect. The complex is older as are the appliances, but you are also paying 1-200 dollars less then other aprtments in this VERY nice area of Scottsdale. Whenever I have had somethng break the maintenance guys are great and come out the very next day. I even called the emergency line for a broken drier and they came out that night. People can always find something to complain about but if you are a pretty easy going person these are very nice SAFE apartments.

whay would you call emergency for a broken drier, I am at loss to understand.
The maint used be good under prev mgmt when Carol was there.
Ever since new mgmt took over it, maint went down, at last it had become worse.
I am happy My stay has ended
