A very bad, dangerous place to live. Not up to code, no handicapped parking.

Poor plumbing - my pipes burst three times in two years, flooding my apartment. Not up to building code or handicapped parking places. They do not repair or correct damage. Unresponsive to any problems, noises. Very old pool and equipment - it's pretty gross. The walls and ceilings are dangerously thin, I could hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors do or say. Also their floors, my ceiling is cracked and I would not be surprised if there was a cave in pretty soon. A really bad place. Don't spend one dollar here. No security and assigned parking is not enforced so your "space" is frequently taken. They will not manage it but insist on tenants dealing with it (towing the offender, etc.) making for some very unpleasant situations.
