I had an issue and when Apt management failed to resolve it in timly manner ( 3 weeks ), I left a message for Diane at corporate . She did not call back either. Very poor service by management/ maint staff.

My husband and I also had a horrific experience with these people, not to mention my car was stolen and they couldnt give a damn. we had severe mold infestation and heres the worst part, We were turned into a collection agency and we now have a negative credit rating because they held us accountable fo the filthy carpet that wads there when we moved in!!! We spent the entire duration of our year trying to have them replace or at least clean the cat pee, dirt, toe nail clipping, carpet that we were blessed with. we havent had any luck with the credit dispute. There isnt even anyoe to contact.

Not at all surprising. These guys are known to be hacks, out for no one but themselves and a quick buck. I would stay away from anything these guys have. I heard a rumor that they are in the RV business also.
