I do not agree with the last review that was posted. The office staff has never been anything but friendly. Maintenance always has responded to my work orders. Rent is going up but it is still lower than any other North Scottsdale community by far!!!!

well you obviously have not had any problems, or been here long enough. I've had nothing but problems. they say they will call back on an issue. oh 3 days later, i still would not hear anything so i would call. They have water leakage, and mold in our apartment. which they put us in the model apt. which is DISGUSTING! i would never put even my enemy in there. there is blood on the bed, stains and hair on the couch.. model homes are supposed to be nice and newer looking... it was gross. the mold in our apt was making us all very sick though.
