Not THAT bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   We rented here back when apt prices were not insane. The walls were not as thin as people claim, but parking is a nightmare. The 1 bedroom was a good size and we never had any problems with neighbors. Rent on the North side if you can, it's quieter. Is it worth the crazy new prices Scottsdale offers' No, but no where is.
