I have lived in some bad apartments (cocroaches and lots of illegals), but this place is pretty bad. It's location is awesome, but the apartments are falling down around us. Everything is old including the plumbing. There is mold growing all over our place because we've had 2 floods in 2 years and the office won't do anything about it. The office staff turn over is really high. The last chick we have in charge in here was in jail for breaking into cars with her boyfriend years ago. I guess background checks aren't necessary to manage an apartment. They will let anybody in the apartments too. There is a guy who looks like he's homeless that walks around all day talking to himself and torments the neighbors. I get woken up at least 3 times a night b/c some dumb--- feels like everyone in the neighborhood should hear the bass in their car. This place sucks!

I know exactly who you are talking it -I just saw him yesterday in the morning - the first time I saw him I thought he saw a maintenance but he is always arguing with his imaginary friends and their alter personalities ,walking with his arms moving everywhere, has a little twitch in his neck, etc. He is one "twacked" out tweeker. Drugs and mental illness are the only 2 things that would explain that behavior. Like the world needs another addict.
