When we moved there in 2003 we really liked it, but it has been going downhill in the last year. Owners are changing constantly and with the place beingfinally sold, the place in becoming a big construction side. Noise all day long, dirt everywhere and it is very unsafe for the children. The worse, management does not care about anything. They are rude and are not helpful with anything at all.
Residents are being ask to leave on 30 days notice.
For all people out there we are either considering to rent or eventually buy a condo. DO NOT!!! the building are 20 years old, and all what is being done to this place is new paint, new tiles and new carpets. The roof will eventually fall on your heads. We had water leaking through the roof, it has not been fixed.. only taped!!! What a joke.
This is a warning for all residents who consider moving here. If you are willing to live in 20 year old building with mold forming and the floors shaking so your neighboor can hear every step and ove you make, go ahead and rent/ or buy. But you wont be happy very long.
