We have maintenance issues all the time. It's taken up to 3 months to get things fixed. The front office staff is no better. They don't care, and only start to care when you threaten them with paying for the repairs yourself then taking the money our of the rent. Like the other comments listed good luck going to condo, just because your putting up all these palm trees and changing the landscape doesn't mean anything else is changed. I hope they try and kick me out, cuz they'll have another thing coming. You sign a contract and have a lease, just because you complian or make a maintanence request isn't grounds for eviction.
