This comment box will not allow me to put the link to the site in, it is THEALLISONSCOTTSDALE, just add the www. and the .com! A note to whoever is purchasing these apartments: Unless you are razing these to the ground, anyone who buys a condo from you will be turning around and suing you for NON-DISCLOSURE of the rot and mold inside the walls. I have lived here 5 yrs and have had NO LESS than 15 serious leaks in the walls, under every sink, and from the apartments on the sides of me. My apartment flooded another apartment underneath, and all they would do is dry the carpet with a giant dryer. The renter finally moved due to illness from the mold. One leak in the hall ceiling made the air conditioner hang down 4-5 inches, and they have never fixed it, after many calls.
If you have ANY allergies at all,you do not want to live here. When I come home to my apartment, I immediately cannot breathe through my nose. I know this is because of mold, my apartment is kept very clean. You also must suffer from secondhand smoke from the surrounding apartments, as the ventilation system is just non-existent.
And by the way, in the 2 bedrooms, your electric bill will be no less than $145. Mine has now gone up to $186, on the Equalizer plan, no less!
These apartments are 19-20 yrs old, the plumbing is plastic, and is now cracking and rotting all over the place. One of the maintenance workers showed me the busted plastic waterpipe that ran through the bedroom walls, (it was unbelievable), and told me every apartment has been having the same exact problem for a long time now.
Well, I could go on and on, but I'll stop by saying that this site could be used by disgruntled former residents, maybe, but if you read through every comment you will see the VERY common threads of the issues here. We're not making them up, I promise! It's my understanding these issues caused the 2 former buyers to pull out of the deal.
