We have lived in our two bedroom for a little over two years. Management has changed more times than I can track and has been unresponsive to anything that we have ever needed.
We had a bad dishwasher and it took about 4 requests and 5 months to get a replacement which is now leaking on the floor each time that I run it. I just place a towel on the floor when I run it as my lease runs out soon and it is just not worth the trouble in my opinion to ask them to fix it.
We had a leak in our bedroom that was above our bed and the water gathered then dumped a huge amount of water onto our bed in the middle of the night. We asked them to repair it and within a week we had two more smaller leaks. They eventually fixed the leaks and then knocked on the door one day and wanted to paint the ceiling where the leak had damaged it. I told them that they could wait till we moved out to paint it.
The heated pool is an oxymoron and was not warm enough to swim in most times of the year.
We live on the second floor and found out that our downstairs neighbors hear us when we walk around the apartment. Hate to know the noise when our son was jumping around :(
Utilities are high usually around 185 in the summer and around 120 in the winter. We run the dishwasher around 3 times a week and keep the temp at 77/78 degrees. Nothing crazy.
The noise level has been outrageous since the work began to convert this place to condos. Noisy in the early morning until the early evenings. Trash all over the place. Dead palm trees that they neglected to water. Wooden coverings around the utility meters than look uglier than the meters did originally.
Parking has been great lately with all the people moving out. Used to be you'd come in after 10pm and could not find a place and now you can park anywhere you like :)
I'd feel bad for anyone that ends up buying into this place as new paint and plants will not fix the structural issues.

I agree. The parking was a nightmare, our apartment always had leaks and the electric bill was extremely high. I've also heard this place has issues with mold from other residents which is a real health issue. We're moving out and the end of this month and could tell the management was eager to get our apartment. They called us to ask if we were leaving early which truly shows how much of a low level service they offer here.
This place will never sell. They can call it the Allison Condominiums all they want and pretty up the apartments with a new coat of paint, carpet and appliances but the structural issues will still be there. It is unbelievable how much they're asking for even a one bedroom in this place. The place across the street, Sonoran Vista tried to go condo and then went back to renting as apartments. Even their prices for rent were too high.
The only good thing about this place is the area and that's about it. We get woken up to the sound of banging every morning because the work people start early and are always yelling at each in Spanish. This place overall when they leave for the day is a ghost town. Almost all of the converted apartments they turn into condos lie empty because nobody can afford to buy. Only a handful of residents remain but they make the last days for all of us a living hell with all the noise. I hope they lose their shirts on this place because they made our last days as residents very unpleasent.

I was a past resident and when I moved out, they filed a lawsuit (without contacting me) and made up "charges" of what they say I owed them and sent it directly to a collection agency! Now two years later... I finally got the judgement off my credit and working on the two $3100 dollar collections against me. So be careful. Take pictures and make that lazy ----- Carol do a walkthrough with you!!!!!!
