Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Condition of bldg is poor. Bldg leaks and plumbing was not installed properly. Management is ok, but slightly rude. Maintenance is knowledgable but very rude. I suggest finding another bldg in this zipcode. Outside lighting of bldg grounds is adequate, but lightbulbs are burning out and management is very slow to replace the bulbs.
