The office staff at this facility is def. the worst I have had to deal with ever. After living at many other complexes in the past, I have never dealt with a a group of people that don't communicate with one another about their tenants. Not only that but they are rude, don't even give you the time of day when you enter the door until you make yourself known. Most times, if they are in the middle of something (mind you, not with a potential tenant or other tenat, simply amongst themselves) they will ignore you until their task is complete with their associate. They have no room for accepting any error on their part, as an error on their end will come back to hurt you over and over in the end. If they accept guilt for the error, they will still penalize you for it in one way or another. DO NOT MOVE HERE, it isn't worth it considering there are TONS of complexes in the area competing (hopefully they have a better staff than The Allison).
