I am an owner here and had a bathroom pipe break in the rental unit above mine and flood my bathroom. The management is rude and not helpful. They are going to fix the pipe in the rental unit above me, but do not want to except responsibility for the damage to my unit. I have lived in condos for 35 yrs and never had such unhelpful management. Do not buy or rent here.

Thats why there is homeowners insurance! Why don't you try looking into that? dumbass!

I live at the Allison as a renter and you should be covered by the individuals renters insurance I would assume. They require all residence to carry it with a i think $10,000 worth of coverage. At the very least your insurance should cover it. As for the management, suprise you even know them, they have had more people come and go in that office then I'm able to keep track of.. I know one d bag stacked beer cans around the pool and ruined 24 hour access to the pool because of it.. As a potential buyer in there there prices are still too as far as I'm concerned..
