This is the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in my life. The manager is very unprofessional and during the numorous pool parties she is always wearing next to nothing and throwing herself at all male residents. I have had numerous scorpions and very large sewer roaches in my apartment,food and in my lights. They seem to have a constantly revolving staff, there is someone new everytime I go in the office. I have put numerous complaints in about the walls being so paper thin. I can hear people in their bedrooms and bathrooms doing un mentionable things. The manager is yet to solve this problem within a year. I think she may be the one to blame for all the noise. There is also an abundance of kids that will tell you anything from @#*! Off to where to go and how to get there. They are always vandalizing the property and yet this is something else the manager has yet to resolve. If safety is a concern of yours I would advise against renting here due to the fact that this is a gated community and the gates are broken almost every other week and it takes about a month before the manager gets around to having it fixed.I also believe that they rent to just about any person. One day while requesting an a/c filter (it would take up to 2 weeks for maintenance to do it) there was a crazy enraged drug addict that lived by me who told the office that they were breaking into his apartment and that if they didn't quit doing it then he was going to whip out his loaded 45 magnum and blast you all away. -Just a reminder that this is a "5 star luxury crime free community", which means rental payments are well over a thousand per month. Well theres my opinion. Don't be a statistic. P.S. I didn't even touch on the assistant manager or the no english speaking maintenance team that would live 9 in a 2 bedroom apartment and let me say that they all had stickey fingers when it came to the residents belongings.

OMIGOD!! You need to lay off the crack! It would be amazing if anyone anywhere were nice to you! Not to mention the fact that you obviously have some racizm issues maybe an anger managment class might help you! I have lived at Lofts for over a year and I think the property is great and the staff is wonderful. As for the no english maintenance team...they speak english just fine with me...must be that you are such an a$$ that they didnt feel like talking to you! I say keep up the GREAT work Lofts staff and dont let this loser keep you down!

No doubt, get a life. This is an apartment community not a private home. If you don't like it...then leave. Lots of upgrades and extras here, even more coming
