Not as nice now that they are condos.

These units were all converted to condos. Now when you rent, you are renting someone's condo - not an apartment owned by a company and that has made a differences in the quality of living here. The staff is not as good about fixing things or handling issues. The units, at least at ground level, do have lots of cricket and scorpion problems. Something with the way these places were built.
Also, if you live on the ground floor you will here all kinds of noise from the person above you because the floors are not that solid.
the front gate is broken frequently so don't think of this place as being real secure.
I would question renting in this place and I definitely would not invest in buying one of their 'condos'.
