Do Not Rent from Edge! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Edge for a year, and everything went pretty well until the moving-out process. The people in the leasing office were of very little help with getting the proper paperwork and things done on time. They will cheat you out of all of your deposit money, despite how well you take care of your place and how well you clean up. They will tell you certain things when you move in that aren't true by the time you move out.
