I am a long term resident of the Edge. All of my experiences here have been pleasant ones. I have recommended Edge to a few of my friends moving here from out of state and they have all been pleased with their apartment and all of the "extras" Edge has to offer. The boats are a lot of fun and the new fitness center is awesome.
