I just moved in 6 months ago and really like it here. The amenitites are sick, and I use the fitness center (huge!) almost every day. The pool is great on the weekend and I've met lots of nice people.

Nice amenities, nice floorplans, mismanaged to death, maintained like crap and overpriced to either buy or lease. Complex considers itself an 'A' complex and is barely a 'C' complex. Apparently, you've not lived there long enough - give yourself some time to remove the pool and gym rose-colored glasses and have a walk around the property and take a good look. Or wait till you are dealing with Trillium about any issue[s] and let everyone know how it feels to be ignored/dismissed and/or patronized.

Truly glad you are enjoying the place, but like the last comment says, once the patronizing begins you will feel stuck in the mud. Get yourself a plan B asap.
