Don't go there

I agree with the previous poster. I add that at least one of the lease office staff is the rudest person I have encountered in months. She talked to us like we were children or something. This treatment was even worse than seeing the fresh piles of un-picked up dog poo EVERY time we walked outside.
My wife and I lived here for four years and seriously wanted to move for about the last 2 of them. We paid rent on time every month and took great care of our place (for FOUR years). As a former landlord I know how hard this trait is to find. Nonetheless, when we moved out we were charged for "re-stretching" the carpet and cleaning the carpet which are both WEAR & TEAR items (especially the "re-stretching"). It was in GREAT shape for the duration of our stay, believe me.. Like $100 is no big deal, but they were so un-reasonable and rude about it. This kind of treatment will really set you off in an emotional tailspin, which is worse than just a few bucks lost.
The walls are so thin we heard our neighbor snoring every night (sorry anon. neigbor we never had the heart to tell you). But that goes to show how cheap the construction is and the quality of the place.
Unless you are a masochist of some sort I wouldn't move here. It used to be a beautiful, respectful/mature, well maintained community and it took only a few years to be basically destroyed. Go forward a couple years to the more seasoned chapter of your stay and I am scared of what you will encounter.
Do yourself a favor and move on. There are much better places out there at the price.. But, if you love angry-at-life lease agents, dog poo, and disgusting swimming pools, this is your spot!
