Was pretty nice until about a year ago when they opened the gates (literally they are actually broken) for any hooligan with a pulse.
Not that anyone reading these posts is fooled by the 5 star, everything is paradise, BS ratings posted every time the number hovers near 30%. They (EDGE, Trillium, Eagle Property ...) admittedly post dummy entries.
All of the negative reviews SAY THE SAME THING! The vast majority of residents who care about their emotional and physical wellbeing ARE NOT HAPPY. Of course there remains a solid number of residents who love the loud and aggressive environment this has become.
So, unless you like mayhem, meth (this place is riddled with it) fights and lots of cops, you might want to pass on this tempting pile of nastiness.
And for those who still aren't heeding the warnings - be sure of this FACT:
Much of the reason for all of the traffic, loitering, cars & people coming through 24/7 is due to the decision NOT to fix the broken security gates (4-5 months straight now).
You can (WILL) find a better/safer place at a better price who doesn't continue to collect the 10-15% of everyone's rent for something that they don't provide - SECURITY!
And as far as the "amazing" comment the staff left for themselves. It is amazing how far they'll go to keep the status quo spiraling downward. If you absolutely must deal with the office staff ask ANYONE BUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER for help. Seriously, you will get better results and far less insult by asking for help from a groundskeeper!

Amen from the congregation! Trillium took this from a well kept, luxury property to a dump in under four years by their mismanagement. Now, they're broke and weeks away from bankruptcy and they'll just walk away, leaving their mess behind them. Eagle Property Management, the HOA, also has no money [50% foreclosures on the 60% sold, overpriced units mean NO HOA FEES COLLECTED] and they can't effectively manage the property either.

Wow... I love living at Edge... but then again, I don't have any issues with my place or my neighbors and I have a garage for my car/storage. I am rarely in contact with the office, but everytime I have asked them a question, I've gotten a fair answer. I don't know though. It does seems like there are a lot of unhappy people at the place, but for my needs it works out.
