Despite all of the negativity on this site, I love living at Edge.

I know that all of the haters say it is awful to live at Edge, but maybe they bring their own drama with them into the community. I have lived there for a few years and don't have any pest issues, neighbor issues, problems with the office, etc. I am bumbed that the gates are always open, but perhaps if drunk residents would stop ramming them, they'd be fixable for more than a month. I don't use the clubhouse that often, but the gym is awesome and other than some slight noise that I think comes as a by-product of living in any multi-family housing community, I have been very happy living here. See it for yourself and keep in mind that most people who post on these sites are either extreemly happy or extreemly pissed off about their personal experience. Very few people post comments to say that they have had an average leasing experience. lol.

Just two sense from this content resident.... for what it's worth. =.)

Doesn't sound like a Trillium review, but naive all the same. From a resident who has lived here for over four years, and is counting down the last few remaining months on my lease, I've watched and lived the sickening decline of this complex up close and personal. No drama here, no neighbor issues, no problems with the office. Just an observed inability of the management company and HOA to effectively run this place competently. People considering moving here and paying the rents Trillium considers "market values" are being lied to and 'oversold' on the value.

THIS IS FaKE HAHAHA notice how it SUDDENLY gets written when someone writes a negative review. It is FAKE FAKE FAKE. This is the attempt of the office to be a realistic review

When the gates are fixed (again), they need to put reflectors or signs on the gates. Right now they are dark brown metal and I can see how someone going too fast (which is usually the case) won't see they are closed and plow into them. Especially at night. Other gated communities where I lived had signs on the gates. Even if it says Welcome to the Edge, Now Go Away! LOL. The Edge was great a couple years ago but it's still good.

I think the verbiage "all the haters" pretty much hints at the mindset/maturity level of this "BUMBED" poster who spontaneously is inspired to write a positive review one day after a new negative one??? Interestingly, the supposed renter illuminates a primary problem when giving her "two sense" by mentioning the "...drunk residents, ramming the gates." Would anyone want to live in a community like this? The inmates are running the asylum here and the warden (Trillium) has moved on to prepare for financial losses - which could have been readily prevented if they had respected the complaints/concerns of the better behaved veteran residents by enforcing EDGE's OWN leasing rules while the mouth-breathers (renting cheaper and at occupancy rates over the max allowed per unit) are breaking them. I think this is referred to as "tripping over dollars to save dimes," and this management does it all too well. Not sure what the third responder meant by "fixed (again)". Lest you be confused by phrasing that suggests repeated repairs to the security here; be informed of one verifiable fact: The security gate has been broken since November of last year - CONSISTENTLY! They have not had someone come to fix it even once for the entire 4-5 month duration. Before that, it broke maybe twice in several years and was fixed within 48 hours (when they cared) using the 8-12% allocated/added to monthly rents to cover this advertised amenity. Though I think this problem has helped sink a once lovely community into the gallows, much of what you may want kept away from your home (car, children & pets) is now on the inside.
