I've lived her for three years and have loved everyday! Don't listen to the bad reviews- they are just people who created their own drama. This is a wonderufl place to live.

This is fake from the office, you can tell because they claim to be there three years. They give no details about their residency or staff or service. Its funny how they try and redeem themselves. Dont listen to these fake reviews, this place is nasty.

Here's a thought: Move-out if you are so unhappy. I love the Edge and have only lived here for 4 months. Everyone that complains on this site needs to just move-out. Good luck finding something else to rent in this area that will make you happy.

Per usual there is always a new positive post from a "resident" within a day or two of a negative one. Interesting how they never seem to have any substance as far as what it is that makes the Edge so great; just a flowery sentence or two and 5 star ratings for everything ... as if an actual satisfied resident wouldn't have at least one 4 or 3. Also (regarding the "residents" claiming that other posters are just drama whores) they do not (CAN NOT) refute any of the numerous and SUBSTANTIVE facts which seem to be pretty common in scope and description among the dissenters. But hey - it's probably some vast conspiracy where the angry posters want to band together for ultimate destruction. Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. This poser, I mean poster, probably thinks O.J. is innocent too! Try having a heart and stop interfering with current/past renters giving others the benefit of their experiences so the observer, hopefully, doesn't get roped into the same unbearable and expensive mistake.

can you name some other properties that are worth checking out? on another review they mentioned dc ranch, but i think the same thing is happening over there. people renting out there places for less, which makes the riff raff move in.

I was personally told by a Trillium staffer that they post 'rebuttals' when they come across negative reviews, for what it's worth. I would say count the positive reviews (which always come after a negative one) and as indicated by the reviewer above, says NOTHING about the property, rates it five stars in every aspect and usually just tackles the negative review preceeding it. NOW, count the negative reviews and the DETAILS of WHY they are negatively reviewing it. Also note the SAME COMPLAINTS in every negative review - see a pattern? Gates broken 9 out of every 12 months; trash strewn about the property; pestilence (ants, crickets, and scorpions in ground floor units); dog feces all over, poor maintenance and upkeep, landscaping that dies or is ripped out and never replaced; an influx of very young tenants that give the property a 'Spring Break' feel all the time, and two companies that are attempting to "run" and "manage" this property - both of whom are close to bankruptcy, and you've got a pretty good picture of what's going wrong at Edge. With the alarming decline of this property, there are MANY fine properties that are better kept and better managed and worth the money you would spend living here. Respectfully submitted.

So rather than just slamming the complex, please fill us in on which condo complexes in North Scottdale would compare more favourably??
