need new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Ive lived here over a year, 1st the apartments are nice but appliances are old and need some renovation. I've had on and off airconditioning problems that take up to a week for someone to look at and various sink problems that took over 2 weeks to diagnose and finally fix it right. Watch out for management and their specials, expecially on referals because they do not honor them, at least my experience. I brought in several people to the apartments, according to thier referal program, i am to recieve 200 per move in, but was declined because they visited the property over a year prior according to visitors cards. Also, when i moved in i was under the impression that the gym would be available to me the whole year..to find that it closed for almost 5 months. No alternatives were posted nor any discounts due to lack of the gym which is one of their ammenities they advertise. other than that, the staff does attempt to take notes on complaints, as far as reaction to the complaints the manager is a hardass.
