I am the furthest person from being racist BUT the apartment must have a contract with a nearby company that employs people from India. Now, I have lived there 3 YEARS and am surrounded by Indian families which I thought was just fine and was friends with a couple of the women at one point, now, more and more of the families have moved in and we have had 2 water leaks in our downstairs apartments from a family above, many of the families and individuals stand around in the parking lot and talk and walk around (there are sidewalks) and they DON'T move out of the way when you try to drive through or park your car. Their children can be heard at 8pm, 9pm, 10pm or later running around and screaming outside while you are trying to sleep and have just put the baby down (nooo, don't wake the baby!) Want more'! I have maintenance, grounds, and more info to give.

I understand your concerns. I would crindge when driving to/from my parking space, because there were so many people standing in the street (we have sidewalks!) and children playing in the parking lot (we had a park across the street)at all hours, and you were right, they did not move! My children had their bikes stolen from my patio more than once. The trash bins were often over flowing and smelly. The noise was terrible, my furniture literally vibrated from the party goers - blasting their stereo's, while driving through at any given time. The carpets were pityful and stained. Appliances were ancient. The office staff were courteous and friendly, but often communication was not relayed correctly. Management changed frequently, so try your luck.
