From: jdipal@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I was charged $120 for a move-out cleaning fee. The apartment was left spotless. The manager agreed to "split it with me". I paid the $60, and they cashed the check. One year later, I see an unpaid bill on my credit report - $60 for the highlands apartments! Several other issues with management.
