Beware From: Sarizona99 Date posted: 4/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   I moved out Jan 2001. Did everything according to the check out procedure. Previous renter had tinted the (setting sun side of the apartment) bedroom window. The resident manager (who's live in boyfriend installed windows for a living)decided the window needed to be replaced. $800... what a coincidence. Frist off I didn't tint the window and secondly, the film is removable which I found out in my new home. I tried to pay the penalty for early termination but told her that was all she was getting. She rejected the check...demanding the additional $800. She was not a friendly woman and then that'''' She screwed up because she didn't even take what they could have taken legally. She screwed her own property out of the rest of the money while trying to create business for her live in lover.
