Good, bad, ugly From: homelessguy Date posted: 1/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Good: Only apartment in whole of N. Scottsdale with ample parking. Bad: Rent is very high. Mail Service (USPS) is bad compared to my earlier apt. Slow maintenance response. Carpet is all worn out. Ugly: Apartment is very inconvinient. Kitchen is too small. Plans of apts are very bad. If you want to go from Kitchen to Bathroom/Bedroom, you have to walk between TV and the person watching it. Heat/Cold Insulation is Extremely bad, so expect very high heating/Air-Conditioning Bills. Finally: The one and only reason I am living here instead of neighbouring apartment complexes is PARKING.
