Where to begin? I have lived in Scottsdale for 5 years now and this complex isn't it. Never ending construction! The new paint looks horrible (tan and brown, with blood red doors and rails) Who picked these colors! Out assigned parking spot is 200 yards away even though there are plenty of open spots 10 feet away that haven't been touched in months! I have the worst neighbor below me that anyone could ask for! Music untill 2 in the morning, his friends coming by at all times of the day and night to buy drugs from him. Where is out night watch guy that we were promised, must be down stairs wtih my neighbor cause I have never seen him! Someone mentioned the landscape before, don't throw a match over the balcony, your lible to burn the whole place down with all the dead leaves. In less than a year, 2 different residents have driven their vehicles into the buildings! How do you do that? Are they turning condos, who knows, you can never get a straight answer from anyone in the office! If I wanted to deal with all this I would have moved back to Phoenix. In summary way to over-priced for all the hassle of construction 24-7, terrible parking, lack of services provided, and terrible rude neighbors! Looks like I will be leaving, rather quickly! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I am the Manager here at the Highlands, I took over on 08/21/06. We originally were a condo coversion and pulled back. This community is not going Condo. We have had tons of issues to resolve and you can tell that we have had no issues since I have been manager at this community. Call me if you have questions. I would be happy to answer anyones questions to any issues brought up with this community. Thank you. Josefina

What BS - you and the new staff (5 new management changes) since I've lived there - but you topped the cake! Charging us for worn our old carpet that was ruined and documented before I moved in and because of that ruined our credit and and still cost us over $780. What a joke this place was! Worn out energy sucking appliances and noise, ants, water heater leaks (3 times), costing me the loss of mementos kept in the storage room. Car thief, kids bicycle's stolen and "little india" their kids playing in the parking lot - and they all just stand there - duh list goes on...Don't even consider renting from here!
