HATE THIS APT!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   1st the apt are older than dirt. Really for charging over 1,000 a month they should be nicer. The appliances are very old some the nasty green. When we moved in our Fridge was falling apart. So I put in a work order. Their fix was a SCREW in the door. 2nd What the heck is this INDIA''' Why is there so many Indian's around here. Really I have 4 Male indian men up stairs. They have No wifes & never leave. Ummm freaky! 3rd they have major sewer problems. My building has had the sewage back up INTO our apt. Yes POOP (NOT OUR POOP) IN THE BATH TUB, SINK FLOOR YUCK!! 4th they have a major MOLD problem that they ignore. 5th there is SOOOOOOOOOO many kids running around in front of the cars while the cars are driving. It sad that someone kid is going to get hit. 6th A lot of the india people get together at night to do what I don't know. But they just stand in the parking lot talking I guess. it's kind of freaky. Plus they don't move. Mainly for a woman driver they won't move. I guess we're suppose to wait for them to walk 1 mile and day'! It's very much a nightmare. 7th I thought oh great 3 pools awsome. guess again NASTY long hair in the pool. Just imagine this. It's 118 out and you are so glad your apt has a pool. You get in the pool and are walking to the other side when you feel long hairs on your legs. gag it's sick!! Plus the amount of bugs and leafs. Also a lot of the tiles are missing from the pool. And if you check up the pool was shut down by the city because of it being unclean. Check for your self on that.
